1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using WANT ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. What WANT Is

WANT is an inverse marketplace that allows buyers to post requests for goods or services, and allows sellers to submit offers in response. WANT is a platform only — we are not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers, and we do not buy, sell, or guarantee any goods or services listed on the Platform.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use WANT. By creating an account, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Buyer and Seller Conduct

Users agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent requests or offers
• Use the Platform to facilitate illegal transactions
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Circumvent any fees or platform mechanisms
• Post content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Use automated bots or scrapers without written permission

6. Transactions Between Users

WANT facilitates connections between buyers and sellers but is not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or delivery of items or services. Any agreement reached between a buyer and seller is solely between those parties. We strongly encourage users to exercise due diligence before completing any transaction.

7. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you post on WANT. By posting, you grant WANT a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, distribute, and promote that content within the Platform. You are solely responsible for the content you post.

8. Prohibited Items and Services

Users may not post requests or offers for illegal items, controlled substances, weapons, counterfeit goods, adult content, or anything that violates applicable law. We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend any user at our sole discretion.

9. Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WANT DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. USE OF THE PLATFORM IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WANT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM OR ANY TRANSACTION BETWEEN USERS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction, as determined by WANT.
